Three colleagues photographed together in their workplace

Teams & workplace portraits

One visual language. Every person recognisably themselves.

Organisations need portrait systems that work consistently across websites, LinkedIn, recruitment and internal platforms. People need to feel seen as individuals. I bring those needs together through a clear visual framework, efficient production and calm, inclusive direction.

Consistent. Human. Scalable.

Designed around your people and working day.

Before the shoot, we agree the desired look, number of people, available space, schedule and use of the images. I can create a studio-style setup at your workplace, photograph people within their environment, or combine consistent headshots with wider workplace portraits.

Repeatable systems

Consistency that can continue.

Where possible, I document the agreed lighting, background, crop and post-production approach. This makes it easier to add new colleagues later without rebuilding the visual system from the beginning.

A participatory portrait format

Personality, held within one clear frame.

The white-box series keeps the same frame and visual structure while giving each person room to bring their own energy.

Professional never has to mean impersonal

Show what the work feels like.

A portrait day works best when people know what to expect. Clear preparation, realistic scheduling and respectful direction help everyone feel at ease while keeping the day running smoothly.
