We agree the style, people, location, use and deadlines. You receive a clear proposal and preparation guidance.

With your coordinator, we plan setup, individual time slots and workplace photographs around the working day.
Deliver for the brief.
We agree who selects the images and how you receive them. Photographs are carefully edited; selected portraits receive subtle retouching where needed. Selection, retouching and delivery times →
Each assignment is quoted individually. Your proposal sets out the preparation, photography, number of finished images, retouching, usage and delivery schedule. Any travel, studio hire or additional production costs are confirmed before booking.

Planning your commission
Practical questions.
How long do individual team headshots take?
I help you prepare a practical schedule and share guidance on clothing and what to expect. The time needed depends on the number of people, the portrait style and any workplace photography included. We plan these together so the session fits your working day.
Can you photograph us at our workplace?
Yes, throughout the Netherlands. We agree the space, portrait setup and workplace scenes beforehand. My central Amsterdam studio is another option.
Some colleagues dislike being photographed. How do you help?
I explain the process and give calm, specific direction so people know what to do and can be themselves.
How much time and budget should we allow?
It depends on the people, locations, final images and use. I propose a schedule and costs before you book. Let me know any fixed budget or deadline.
Can we include headshots and workplace scenes?
Yes. We allow time for each. The people, locations and scope determine whether one visit is enough.
What happens when new people join?
Follow-up sessions for new colleagues can be arranged. I document the lighting, background and framing of your series to help future portraits sit naturally alongside the existing photographs.
